Ground Breading
    What? Ground What-ing? Well, we got an email from Steve Cablk asking when the "Ground Breading" was. Now, we could have assumed it was just a typo, but what fun is that. After all, everything tastes better breaded and deep-fried to a golden brown. I believe that's the second law of southern cooking.

    Not dissuaded by the inability to find a deep fryer big enough to take in the entire lot, we simply went with the breading and some digging around with shovels.
